Selling.

Better yet…

Selling multiplied.

The ability to find a target prospect for your business, match your product or service and your promise to their needs, demonstrate your value and ability to deliver, and get them to actually pull out their wallet and put down their hard-earned money.

If you don’t have an effective and repeatable sales process — delivered in person, or through media — you don’t really have a business.

Because without sales, you don’t have revenue. Without revenue, all you have is an expensive hobby — a money pit.

And sure, in the startup world, these money pits get funded for a while by investors who don’t get it…

Who are willing to throw hundreds of thousands and even millions of dollars behind an idea without a proven market…

But you can only go to that well for so long before it runs dry!

You sell — or you die!

That’s the simple truth of business.

  • If you want to start a business, you have to make your first sales…
  • To grow your business, you need even more sales…
  • If you want customers coming back, you have to find a way to sell to them again…
  • If you want instant cash flow, creating a torrent of sales is the single-best way…
  • And if you want steady revenue and profit for life, the key is having a repeatable, scalable selling system (marketing) that delivers customers and revenue over and over again, even when you’re not doing the heavy lifting…

The opposite of all of this is no sales, only expenses, and certain business death.

Wherever you can reach your target market. By replicating your pitch in media, it’s like sending out sales people to work 24/7 on your behalf, and bring back customers.

You don’t have to present your sales pitch every time — your advertising and marketing does it for you.

All you have to do is capture your best ideas and sales points — one time — in your marketing and advertising.

Then use whatever marketing medium is appropriate to get that pitch in front of as many of your target customers as possible.

The best sales letters and promotions generate millions…

The late Gary Halbert, considered to be one of the top copywriters in recent history, often said something along the lines of, “All it takes is one good sales letter to completely change your business and your life.”

Another famous and now-retired copywriter, Gary Bencivenga, once wrote a sales promotion (not quite a letter) that mailed profitably to over 100 million households… And because of his $.05 per piece mailed royalty, he was able to buy a $5 million house in the Hamptons on the royalties from that piece alone…

I’ve also generated millions in sales with my promotions, and my clients have loved me for it!
