This has become a MUCH bigger issue in the last few years.

More and more industries are becoming compliance-heavy.

Not only that, ad networks themselves are adding their own compliance burden, regardless of any legal compliance issues.

Which means that even though a copywriter is NOT a lawyer and you should never represent yourself as actually offering compliance advice…

Doubly so if you’re in any industry having to do with money or health.

I actually have a TON of advice in today’s video

Although I admit I haven’t done much work in health, I’ve definitely witnessed compliance blow-ups and have advice on how to avoid them.

Plus my work in financial has had me writing copy that gets compliance edits for decades.

And I’m well aware of some of the biggest compliance pitfalls across ad networks, from personal experience.

So in addition to some basic advice like, “learn the rules and don’t break them,” and “work with a compliance specialist,” I have some more innovative advice that you won’t get from just about anywhere else.
