Don’t piss off your best customers!

The most valuable asset in your business is your list (better literal, still good metaphorical) of past customers who are willing to spend money with you again.

The more money each of these customers spends with you, the more profitable and successful your business will be.

Protecting your positive relationship with these customers is literally protecting your business.
