I just ran a split test, and one of two versions is getting better than 50% conversion rates…

I did it to test a very simple rule.

It’s a rule that’s incredibly useful if you’re driving traffic to free opt-in pages, where you ask for their name and email address in exchange for an ebook or some kind of download.

One of the options converted at about 29%.

One converted at just over 50%.
