A new subscriber asked about FEAR in the selling process…

Specifically, when fear comes up around your offer.

— Maybe in the past they’ve bought a product or service like yours before.

— Maybe they’ve tried to work with a service provider like you, and not had a lot of luck.

— Maybe they’ve been let down by similar promises.

And they really can’t tell the difference between what you’re offering and what came before.

So all the negativity and fear and anxiety from those past purchases is being carried forward…

And YOU are not trusted.

If you ignore it, you will not get the sale.  (Rightfully so.)

So how do you tactfully, professionally confront that fear in selling?

It’s about process, and guiding them through the buying decision in a way where you handle the fear in the best way possible.
