Most cold pitches — emails, DMs — that I get are absolutely terrible…

I just got one the other day through LinkedIn.

And I was actually hopeful it would be a good one.

BUT…  Alas, no.

What started as a great cold DM pitch crashed at the second message.

So today I wanted to share that FAIL plus a principle you can use immediately to rethink the way you do cold emails and DMs.

I even brainstorm how this failed pitch could’ve gone far better.
