Have you ever tried to create a new habit…  And failed?

Maybe you have a New Year’s Resolution that involves some kind of new good habit…

… Around work or building wealth…

… Your health and fitness…

… Or maybe around your personal relationships…

And you’re finding you’re having to work harder than you hoped to make this ideal new habit stick.

Well, the problem may come down to the fact that you’re even trying to create a “habit” in the first place.

You may have destined yourself to failure, from the start.  (But don’t worry, you can change that instantly!)

I recently read an eye-opening article by Nir Eyal — author of the excellent book, Indistractible — called “The Habit Trap.”

It reveals the real problem with trying to develop good habits — and the tiny change we can make that could actually lead us to accomplish our goals far faster and more reliably.

Discover why new habits fail & how to succeed…

Yours for bigger breakthroughs,
