And the sooner you realize that “the customer is always right” is stupid advice from people who’ve never actually run a business…  The better.

Because when you deal with a BAD customer, that customer is often wrong.

And treating them like they’re right can be toxic to your business.

So when you realize you have a bad customer on your hands, you need a plan for dealing with them.
