This is something I learned from Dan Kennedy, then ran with on my own.
Most people get the whole idea of a “waiting list” backwards.
They think they need to generate a bunch of demand for their services, then they create a waiting list.
But it often works in reverse.
The more available you are, the harder it is to generate demand.
Whereas if you create a waiting list ahead of time, you may find it fills up faster than you might expect…
