I get really frustrated this morning…

This was even before I started work.

After I did my morning kettlebell training, to build good energy for the day.

After I meditated, to build good energy for the day.

I got derailed.

And my energy spiraled downward — fast.

I could feel myself filling with negativity, and losing momentum to make it a great day.

This is like an emergency alarm going off for entrepreneurs and other high-achievers…

And thankfully, I was self-aware enough to recognize it was for me, too.

But then I made a decision.

And I took specific action to turn it around.

And it worked.
