“It’s easy to get prospects on the webinar… but they won’t buy!”

This happens far too often.  You have an engaged market.  You have interesting content.  You can get prospects to register for a webinar.  Heck, you can even get them on and engaged.

But then you make your offer, and…

… [crickets chirping] …

The subscriber who wrote today’s question is not alone in this…

Roy,

I’m hoping you can give me some advice on copywriting to convert sales of an online course.

We are an online school that teaches students to become certified and registered in aromatherapy up to Clinical Aromatherapist level.

Our difficulty is converting sales for our course. We have high quality content, great feedback and really good engagement when it comes to live webinars etc (typically 50% attendance) but we are falling down on completing the sale.

Thanks,

Ruth

Yes, I gave her advice on copywriting — but I went miles beyond that…

Because very often a situation like this has very little to do with the copywriting.

And very much to do with everything else going on around it.

So I ALSO dove into many of the other questions I’d asked if I were directly consulted on this.

Things like…

… The quality of the offer.

… How well the value is justified (and what she’s actually selling that’s NOT the certification training).

… Where to focus on the customer experience.

… What critical positioning element needs to be in place.

… What “conversion” they could define for the webinar — that could completely transform their business.

… And what to do beyond the webinar itself, or the copy itself, that could move a large percentage of warm prospects to hot.

It’s all in today’s video.

Watch now.

Yours for bigger breakthroughs,

Roy Furr
