Carve out the time to watch this now — and certainly before the weekend is over…

Click here for a video breaking down Steven Covey’s classic, The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.

This book, even today, is the #1 Best Seller on Amazon for the category Business Leadership.  It is, above so many others, one of the most enduring messages on leadership that you can ever read/hear.

And Joseph Rodrigues — my friend, coach, and partner (on the Story Selling Master Class) — has a great video on the book.

He shares his notes, which makes the video a bit of a book summary.

But it goes well beyond “summary” territory.  Because Joseph is able to reflect on the book, based on his experience building, running, and selling a successful company and coaching dozens of successful entrepreneurs.

Giving additional insights and perspectives that make it so much more the video book reports you’ll see elsewhere.

Whether you’ve read “7 Habits” or have never picked it up, you’ll benefit from watching…

Admittedly, I fall into the former camp.  With multiple overflowing bookshelves packed with business books, you’d expect I’d have a copy of “7 Habits” around here somewhere.  I don’t.  I even saw a copy at a used bookstore recently, but didn’t pick it up because I already had 3 more books on the way.

But I’ve been no less intrigued by its contents and the benefits they promise.

So when I saw that Joseph had a video about the book on YouTube — with 77,860 views and climbing — I figured I needed to watch!

And after watching, I figured I’d be doing you a disservice if I didn’t point you toward it!

If you’re like me and haven’t read it, you’ll get a quick run-through of its most important lessons.  Plus reflections and takeaways to help you put the habits to work in your life.

If you have read it, it will serve as a nice refresher.  Plus, no doubt Joseph’s experience leads him to alternate perspectives and takeaways you can combine with your own for even greater value from the core message.

In both cases, you’ll benefit.

And, if you’re like me, you can get through the 40-minute video in 20-minutes by using YouTube’s 2X speed feature — making it an incredible way to download the core of the book in almost no time flat!

Here’s that link to the video again.
