Great video, Roy. I’ve also seen this explained as RFV – with the V being for Value (price) and Volume (quantity).
I imagine this last scenario would be if a customer bought bulk widgets or something that they may be prone to buy more
Yep. Pretty much captures the same info as RFM. Monetary = Value * Volume. Either way, you're measuring something that is predictive of future response.
