I’ve trained around shoulder injuries, knee injuries, and even a pain in the neck, but there’s nothing you can do when you have back pain. It’s the worst injury to have, and a lot of people get it from doing ‘nothing’.

The Plug Has Been Pulled

Despite running several web-based business from a home office, I’ve decided to cancel my home Internet. I now have to trek three minutes to a local Starbucks, twice daily, to check my email. Yet I’ve never been more productive (save that time I rented a cottage in Northern Ontario without any Internet access for miles).
